Another FREE component of our Machines & Macchiatos Triple Shot festival. Its a good-old-fashioned fun, BILLY CART race.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

There are 2 ways you can participate in the Billy Cart Derby.

1. Build your own Billy Cart to race, or 

2. Race our Billy Cart.

1. Build your own Billy Cart.

Simply build you own Billy Cart, then bring it with you to our event on 14th Nov 2021, at the St Ives Showgrounds. Head over to the Billy Cart Race location (see map) then get ready for racing.

What do you need:

Use this link to our Safety Guidelines. All Billy Carts & the drivers MUST meet our Safety Guidelines otherwise they will NOT be allowed to race.

On the day of our event, each Billy Cart & driver will be checked by our scrutinisers, before racing to make sure they have met the Safety Guidelines. Once approved the carts will be ready for racing. If your cart does not pass our safety Safety Guidelines, your cart will not be allowed to race. So make sure you build your cart to our Safety Guidelines.
